As we mark our 7th anniversary, we reflect on the incredible journey that has brought us to this milestone. Seven years ago, we embarked on this adventure with a vision to make a difference, driven by passion, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence. Today, we stand proud of the progress we’ve made and want to celebrate it with all of you.
Growth
Each year, our leadership and consultants work hard to not only grow our network and workforce, but also ways to retain our talent and connections. This year has been no different:
- Welcomed another of the largest AP/CP client partners, adding over one dozen Beaker/DI consultants for immediate support and project needs
- For the first time in history, we have more consultants on direct contracts than C2C contracts
- Over 20% increase in new consultants
- Continued to maintain a greater than 95% retention of Beaker consultants since inception
- 7% increase in overall employer 401k matching
Initiatives, Projects, and Events
This year, Honeydew has put a large emphasis on improving our presence both in the laboratory community, and the Epic community:
- Continued presence in the Executive War College (EWC)
- XGM social events for client teams and Epic employees
- Planning to attend CAP 2024 in October
- Increasing presence in LinkedIn

Shortly after starting my first contract with Honeydew, I had the opportunity to attend our company retreat. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed listening to the detailed presentations everyone put together, such as Discrete Micro and Closed Loop Critical Result build/workflows. This was the perfect transition back into the Beaker LIS world after a year-long sabbatical. I realized on this trip that I was surrounded by a group of knowledgeable, experienced consultants. This realization strengthened as I ran into some complex topics on my contract related to order release functionality.
